Requirements
A great quilt for using up scraps!!!
Use a variety of fabric choices,
- 75 x 8 1/2″ squares
- OR 15 strips of 25cms
- OR 7.5 strips of 50cms
This makes a quilt 60″ x 42″ (you can make a smaller one if you like)
You will also need a 6″ strip of plain homespun. (this won’t be seen)

A clamsell shape usually requires curved piecing and time-consuming quilt construction.
We have a foolproof method using curved interfacing shapes that make the whole process easy. It looks great in batik, but lends itself to so many colour variations. Great for baby and kid’s quilts too.
